President and principal researcher, Greta Hofstra, has a Master of Science degree from the Department of Consumer Studies, University of Guelph and she was employed by that University as a lecturer and Information Management Coordinator after obtaining her degree. In addition she has been certified Marketing Research Professional by the Market Intelligence and Research Association.
